Datrix Training is a privately owned independent training company founded in 2001. The company delivers training solutions to businesses across the UK in Information Technology and Management Skills.

Our trainer selection team receive scores of applications to work on our projects every year. Only a handful of the very best trainers make it on to our training staff. Post course training evaluations that are handed to every course delegate are compiled weekly to ensure that every one of our training team consistently delivers the highest standards of training. If the delegate who attends a Datrix course leaves your organisation during the following 90 days, we will retrain their replacement for free**.

We are excellent at delivering training at our customers' premises. Our team of trainers deliver approximately 60% of our courses away from our venues. Ask our sales team how we can save you time and money by bringing our courses to you. Key benefits are that you can choose the date and with many courses, the price per head is often less than for public scheduled events.

Datrix Sales Adviser Our sales team are the first point of contact for all enquiries. The sales team are trained to listen and respond to your training needs. Where required, the team are trained to advise and recommend courses. In the event you would like to talk to one of the training team about a course, then we can arrange this for you.

If you are certain what you need then booking a course is quick and easy: Your account manager will email or fax a booking form with all the necessary course information on it. To confirm your course, simply sign and faxback the booking for to the number at the top. Many public course are bookable online through this website: an even easier and faster way to book your Datrix course.

1.	Following agreement with your Datrix Training account manager, or one of our training team, you will be faxed or emailed a course Booking Form showing all the details of the course including date, location, price and course specific details. To confirm your course booking, you will need to sign and faxback the order to your account manager.
2.	Your booking form is received by your account manager
3.	When your course booking is entered onto our system by our Administration Team, you will receive a confirmation email showing the details of your booking
4.	Our course Administration Team are responsible for sending out your course Joining Instructions 3-4 week before your course date. Joining Instructions have all the details of the booking including venue directions, delegates name(s). Our admin team can be contacted on 01772 623467 Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
5.	On the day of your course you will be asked to sign in before starting you course. For detailed delegate information please click here.
6.	At the end of the course, all delegates are asked to complete a course evaluation form.

*Satisfaction Guarantee Terms: If the course fails to meet the terms of delivery set by the governing body then Datrix Training will re-run the course again at no extra cost. In the event the course is a non authorised event free resits will be at the directors' discretion. If you would like to claim under the satisfaction guarantee please contact us in writing no more than 10 working days after the last day of the training course.

**Free Replacement Training: Replacement delegates must use manuals from first course. Proof of entitlement will be required. Replacement exams are not included in offer, but can be purchased from us at cost price.
