Post course training evaluations that are handed to every course delegate are compiled weekly to ensure that every one of our training team consistently delivers the highest standards of training. If the delegate who attends a Datrix course leaves your organisation during the following 90 days, we will retrain their replacement for free*.
*Free Replacement Training: Replacement delegates must use manuals from first course. Proof of entitlement will be required. Replacement exams are not included in offer, but can be purchased from us at cost price.
**Satisfaction Guarantee Terms: If the course fails to meet the terms of delivery set by the governing body then Datrix Training will re-run the course again at no extra cost. In the event the course is a non authorised event free resits will be at the directors' discretion. If you would like to claim under the satisfaction guarantee please contact us in writing no more than 10 working days after the last day of the training course.
