National Government has long since accepted
the need to control projects using clear
recognisable methods. The original Central
Computer and Telecommunications Agency,
now the Office of Government Commerce,
gave us Prince. Later, this evolved
into PRINCE2 and was joined by Managing
Successful Programmes in order to
manage large, complex change situations.
To complete the set, we now have ITIL,
covering all areas of Service Management.
