ITIL® Continual Service Improvement

 

Introduction:

The ITIL® Continual Service Improvement course lasts for 5 days. This training course is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge needed to pass the ITIL® Continual Service Improvement examination that takes place at the end of the course. ITIL® Continual Service Improvement is one of the five ITIL® Lifecycle courses that fit into the lifecycle stream of the ITIL® certification.

What is ITIL®?

ITIL® stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library which is a framework used for IT Service Management. The framework is based on the concept that IT services should be used in businesses to help align the business’s needs and also support its core functions.

Pre-requisites

Candidates taking the ITIL® Continual Service Improvement course must have previously passed the ITIL® Foundation certificate before taking part in this course.

ITIL® Continual Service Improvement Exam

  • 8 questions
  • Pass mark is 28/40 or 70%
  • Multiple choice and scenario based questions
  • Duration of 90 minutes or 120 minutes if the candidate is taking the exam in a language that isn’t native to them.
