Agile Practitioner Training

The Practitioner certification is an Agile training methodology to Agile project management. The course includes the exams and is fully accredited by APMG International. This Agile course is typically used within software development. This is the skill of computer programming, archiving, testing and identifying and fixing bugs within a computer. Agile practitioner, although one of the most sought-after methodologies, has not created their own personal methods and have simply applied Agile training methods of other software development methods and eliminated the utmost unsuccessful. Implementing the strengths of every other method, makes Agile practitioner the most effective software development processes to date. This Agile certification focuses on the rapid and flexible response to change within an organisation, this was declared in change of principles and policies in 20001, known as the Agile Manifesto. Agile Practitioner is the highest level of Agile Project Management qualification offered by APMG and provides globally-recognised evidence of expertise in managing projects using Agile methods.

This Agile course focuses mainly on the practical application of principles of the methodology. Agile practitioner qualification provides candidates with sufficient knowledge of terminology and principles of Agile. Practitioner allows candidates to apply these to a variety of scenarios. Putting the principles into practice helps candidates to put into perspective what would be required of them within an Agile practitioner Project. Another asset of Agile Practitioner Upgrade qualification is that it shows employers that candidates have the ability to be an active contribution to an Agile project, with valid input and different ideas for project management and improvement. Proving to employers that candidates have the ability to lead a project, candidates will gain a more valued authority within the workplace.

The Agile Project Management Practitioner (AgilePM®) Course, delivered by The Knowledge Academy, is accredited by APMG.
