Course Introduction

The MoV® (Management of Value) course enables the delegates to maximise the benefits from projects, programmes and portfolios by optimal utilisation of available resources and enhance the value within the fulfillment of project and programme objectives and delivery of key stakeholder requirements. During the course, the delegates will discover the main processes and techniques used within MoV®, set of conditions under which MoV® should be used, main benefits emerging from the use of MoV®, techniques for implementing MoV®, and principles of embedding MoV® into an organisation. The course also covers the key topics in document checklists, health check, individual competence, toolbox and organisational maturity. The course includes both Foundation and Practitioner exams.

Course Content

The MoV Foundation & Practitioner training course is provided by Datrix Training where you will be taught by one of our experienced instructors. 

The MoV® Foundation & Practitioner course provides delegates with a clear understanding of the MoV® Guidance Appendices, MoV® Approach and Implementation, Embedding MoV® and MoV® Environment. The delegates will learn the concept of value and how value may be improved, how MoV® can be applied at operational, programme, project and portfolio levels and how to respond to external and internal influences.   

MoV® Foundation & Practitioner Exam

In order to acquire MoV® certifications, the delegates need to pass both Foundation and Practitioner exams. Details of both exam are as follows:

MoV® Foundation Exam

  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed Book exam
  • Multiple choice questions
  • Total 50 questions

MoV® Practitioner Exam

  • 5 hours duration
  • Open Book exam
  • Objective based testing
  • 8 questions having 10 marks each
  • 80 marks available

The Practitioner exam is to be completed at a mutually convenient date (please see the below details for further information).

Online Exam:

We provide comprehensive support during the exam process to make the experience as simple as possible. This exam can be taken at a suitable time, subject to availability; online, anywhere.
