P3O® Practitioner Upgrade

The P3O® Practitioner training certification is intended to deliver everything you need to know when you take the practitioner exam. The P3O® project management certification is 2 days long and there is one examination during this period. The first day shall be spent preparing for the P3O® Practitioner exam by studying the official P3O® manual. The second and final day will be focussed on taking the Practitioner exam. 

Project, Programme & Portfolio Office (P3O) is a business structure which has been designed to implement and support a structure for change delivery within an organisation. Developed by Axelos it is designed to work with other frameworks like PRINCE2®, M_o_R® and MSP®. Its areas of interest are the same as PRINCE2® ,M_O_R® or MSP® i.e. helping the senior management take decisions and realize how different business components can fit in with business strategies.

Datrix Training's P3O® Training Certification is a highly recognised in the project management industry. This P3O® Practitioner training course demonstrates that the learner is able to create, improve and preserve a support for the distribution of change within a business.

Practitioner exam:

• Focuses on the ability to design, implement, manage, and work in a P3O® office
• Objective testing
• 4 questions, worth 20 marks each - 80 marks in total
• 150 minutes
• Open book – the P3O® guide is allowed
• Pass mark is 50%
• Pass rate is 95%

The Practitioner exam is to be completed at a mutually convenient date (please see the below details for further information).
