Course Introduction

The community-driven Praxis Framework™ enables the delegates to fully optimise all aspects of project, programme and portfolio delivery. It is a comprehensive framework that combines projects and programmes into a single guide and integrates the four core elements of Praxis Framework™: Method, Capability, Knowledge and Competency. The Praxis Framework™ empowers the delegates to suggest improvements and undertake professional development whenever and wherever needed. The Praxis Framework™ certifications enable the delegates to lead or work as a highly responsive project manager and successfully deliver projects and programmes using the comprehensive framework.

All courses are offered by Datrix Training Services Ltd, an Affiliate of The Knowledge Academy Ltd., an Accredited Training Organisation of The APM Group Ltd.
