The Praxis Framework™ Practitioner course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to tailor and apply the Praxis Framework™ management functions and processes in a scenario based environment. The course helps the delegates to become a successful Practitioner and apply the framework to a real project or programme. Praxis Practitioner course builds on the knowledge gained at Foundation level. Understand the relationships between the documents, functions and processes and learn to apply the Praxis Management functions effectively. During the Practitioner course, the delegates will learn how to create and analyse project and programme documents for a given scenario and adapt the Praxis Framework™ to a different project and programme environments.
