Prince2 Agile® is a combination of agile flexibility as well as well-defined Prince2 framework. The Prince2 Agile® Foundation course provides complete knowledge about Prince2 and Agile® methodologies. Prince2 agile® is created for those individuals and organisations who use Prince2 but also recognize the advantage of applying agile methods. By undergoing this training course, the delegates will be able to practically apply both Prince2 and Agile®. The delegates will also get to know about conflict resolution.
