What are the exam details for this course?
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Upgrade exam contains a 100 question multiple choice examination with a pass mark of 70 out of 100.
If the learner passes the examination, this will show that he or she would be able to manage a project of up to 6 green belt groups using Six Sigma techniques.
What are the prerequisites for the examination?
Delegates must pass the Green Belt exam before taking the Black Belt Upgrade examination.
